Complete Home Audit
The most comprehensive assessment for those who are serious about creating the healthiest indoor environment possible for themselves and their family.

Why a complete audit matters
On average we spend about 90% of our time indoors
People spend significant money managing chronic illnesses without considering what might be making them sick
Mould, dust mites, heavy metals, chemicals, particulates, VOCs and electromagnetic fields may all be affecting your health
Whether you're new to the healthy home lifestyle or a seasoned campaigner, this audit will educate and empower you to feel confident in your choices—and the testing will leave you with no doubts about your indoor environment.
When this audit is relevant
- You're concerned your home may be making you or your family sick
- You want to create the healthiest indoor environment possible
- Health concerns are broad or don't point to one obvious cause
- Multiple family members are experiencing different symptoms
- You're moving into a new home and want complete peace of mind
- You've addressed one issue but symptoms persist
What the audit involves
External Audit
Prior to the audit, your local area is researched and any possible polluters which may adversely affect your property are identified and discussed.
EMF Assessment
A detailed audit of EMF sources and strength throughout the property, using professional equipment: NFA 1000 gauss meter, Body Voltage Kit, Stetzer meter for dirty electricity, and HFW59B, 59D, Safe & Sound Pro11, and 5G meters for RF radiation.
Allergen Assessment
A thorough look at potential health hazards in each room—building materials, furniture, bedding, flooring, toys—with advice on managing possible sources of allergens.
Indoor Air Quality Testing
Real-time testing in various rooms measuring: particulate matter (PM2.5), carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, VOCs, ozone, air pressure, temperature and relative humidity.
Gas Appliance Testing
Carbon monoxide testing of all gas appliances is undertaken if necessary to ensure safe operation.
Lead Testing
If you have concerns about lead in the home, testing can be done for an additional fee. Paint, soil, water, certain foods or suspect toys are the most common problems.
Mould Inspection
Visual and olfactory assessment throughout the property including roof space and subfloor if accessible. Moisture testing using professional meters such as MMS3. Mould sampling available for $150 per sample (lab analysis).
Product Assessment
All personal care products and cleaning products are analysed and discussed. You'll learn how to read labels and decipher the 'green washing'.
Kitchen Audit
Evaluation of your pantry and fridge (if required), learning which foods or brands to avoid. Assessment of cookware and food storage containers with safer alternatives discussed. Advice on water contaminants and suitable filtration systems.
The initial audit takes 2–3 hours, depending on the property size and your specific needs.

Limitations
While this is our most comprehensive assessment, there are some things it cannot determine:
- •Whether environmental factors are causing your specific symptoms (medical diagnosis)
- •Which factor is 'the' cause (often there isn't just one)
- •Guarantees about health outcomes from remediation
- •Every possible environmental concern (scope has practical limits)
Tailoring to your needs
The Complete Home Audit can be tailored to your specific needs and concerns. After an initial discussion, we'll understand what's prompting the assessment and adjust the focus accordingly—going deeper where your situation suggests it's warranted.
Individual assessments also available
If you already know what you're looking for, individual assessments can be conducted separately:
Discuss Your Situation
An initial discussion helps determine what scope of assessment is appropriate for your situation and whether a complete audit or focused assessment makes more sense.
